Covid-19 Customer Procedures
You are no doubt used to dealing with both the expected and unexpected challenges that come with running a nursery, greenhouse, garden center or landscape company; coronavirus is no different. Our industry is smart and innovative and we're passionate about what we do and we're compassionate for others. We'll get through this together.
At our farm, we are doing our best to keep our walk-in customers informed on our health and safety-related efforts. We're trying to make it as easy for you to pick up your plant material as possible.
Please give us 24-hour notice of what you wish to purchase and pick up so we may have it ready when you arrive.
Customers are not permitted to ride with employees to view nursery stock. We are happy to provide pictures of anything you'd like to see.
Employees are not permitted to help load material inside closed vehicles or trailers.
In most cases, we'll email you your invoice and you can pay online with a credit card or you may send your usual check. Other than employees, we're not allowing anyone inside the office.
